Vastu Yagna

A spiritual ceremony to honour Vastu Purush is Vastu Shanti Puja Yagya. The Vastu Purush refers to the strength, spirit, and energy that resides in a structure, whether it be a house, factory, or shop. The Vastu Purush guards the structure. Vastu Puja is normally performed outside the house but inside the premises shortly before entering the house. Prepare a copper pot to be filled with water, nine different grains, and a coin. Over the pot, place a coconut covered in crimson cloth and knotted with a red thread.
